Chris Sullivan

Chris is an experienced business leader with an eclectic CV in the hospitality sector, running  iconic UK businesses such as Harry Ramsden’s, Brighton Pier, Blackpool Tower and Pontin’s. He has held board positions with major UK companies, including Starbucks, Whitbread, Scottish & Newcastle, Scientific Games and SSP.
Chris also has over fifteen year’s knowledge of the demands of working with entrepreneurs, banks and private equity.

Recent operational roles highlighted the growing need to assist operators to drive operational profit which has been severely impacted by the impact of minimum wage increases, increases in supervisory pay to maintain differentials and spiraling kitchen team costs.

Chris’s experience has shown that managers are overwhelmed by data but are also conflicted by their need to retain/motivate team members and to deliver excellent service.

Chris has teamed up with former colleague David Lee to provide a service that delivers what operators need.

 

David Lee

David has worked at Whitbread, Scottish & Newcastle, Spirit, M&B, Stonegate and Greene King with extensive hands-on operational Area Manager and Director level experience.

With a rare combination of technical system skills, curiosity and operational know-how David set about to solve the operational headaches he had encountered, cut through the issues and provide solutions that significantly added profitability.
Working alongside operators as a partner David finds significant profit opportunities and solutions that are transparent and deliverable whilst also understanding the route to delivery.

With significant experience of the business issues David can quickly take on board the business issues and provide a practical solution that engages all levels of management.

Growing sales through improved service levels whilst reducing the cost base is achievable and deliverable when you have the tools to guide you.
